Payment & Refund Guidelines

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for the Global Skill Olympiads (GSO) platform operated by MINDS LEARNING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments, as it governs all financial transactions on our platform.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 27 July 2025

This policy governs all refund and cancellation requests for Global Skill Olympiads registration fees and related services provided through our platform.
2. General Policy:
Once payment is successfully processed, all fees are considered non-refundable under normal circumstances. This policy ensures the smooth operation of our Olympiad programs and helps us maintain consistent service delivery. However, specific exceptions may apply as outlined in the following sections.
3. Duplicate Transactions:
In cases where duplicate payments are verified through our payment gateway records, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 7 working days of verification. Participants must report suspected duplicate transactions immediately to our support team with transaction details.
4. Special Requests:
Refund requests due to documented emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted with proper documentation and supporting evidence. Approval is at the sole discretion of the management and is not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations:
Registration cancellations initiated by schools, parents, or participants after successful payment processing are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or the timing of the cancellation request.
6. Technical Errors:
In the event of technical failures or platform errors during scheduled examination windows that prevent participants from completing their tests, Global Skill Olympiads will either reschedule the examination or provide a full refund at the participant's choice.
7. Refund Method:
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, or bank account) used for the transaction. Refund processing typically takes 7–14 working days after approval, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
